Andrew MacDonald: Creator, Director, Owner, Operator
I have been working in the Funeral Industry for 10 years, since 2014, giving me the compassionate understanding of a Funeral Service and the impact they have on families in their time of need. The Covid pandemic highlighted the need for a solution to bring families together, even from a distance. This solution was live streaming.
With my knowledge and technical expertise as an International Pilot and former Aircraft Avionics Engineer, I developed a live streaming system.
A system that is simplistic in nature but with the attention to detail required, to ensure every moment is captured with dignity and respect. A system that uses the simplicity of standard operating procedures to ensure consistency, with the best equipment to ensure quality and reliability.
As a Pilot I know full well the importance of working towards a departure time with calmness and clarity. This same approach applies to a live stream. Being ready to go live at the commencement of the service. My live streaming system gives us the ability for an on time departure, allowing you to have peace of mind in knowing your family and friends can be present online.
As a family-owned and run business, we pride ourselves on always being our best, delivering a professional, high quality, high definition live stream. Not only do we live stream Funerals, we can also take care of your special day, live streaming Wedding Ceremonies and Receptions, Christenings, Corporate Events and Sporting Events.

Step by Step

Needs Analysis
This is your day and your event. So that we can truly understand your vision, we will need to gather specific information from you in order to best meet your expectations.
Please click here to fill in our online request form.
Once we receive your online request form, we will schedule a call to discuss the day, the venue, speakers, performers and anything else that is important to you.

Work Order
We will then set up a work order with all of the relevant details on it for you to proof read and to make any amendment you see fit.

Payment
When the work order is cross checked and finalised we will request you to make an online payment.
When payment is received we will send you the event invitation link that you can forward to your life streaming guests.

Event Filming + Live Streaming
We will be there bright and early on the day to set up, test and make any adjustments to ensure we are ready to go live when your event starts.

Website Hosting of Event
Your event will be filmed, streamed live and hosted on a personalised webpage created especially for you. Your online guests will be able to experience your event live from this webpage via the event invitation link you have sent them.
Or they can watch it as a recording from the same link at any time after. This link will be valid for 12 months and the recording can be downloaded as a keepsake to be cherished for generations to come.

We did a funeral in September on the Central Coast and Andrew from Life Streaming was already there and set up at the church before we had arrived. Covid restrictions look like relaxing but the need to continue to live stream for the benefit of those unable to attend or in other states will now remain forever. Thank you for the wonderful videographing you did for our mom’s funeral at the Hornsby Cathedral, Waitara on 8 September 2021. Our audience was diverse and included local Australian, as well as overseas attendees (from the U.S., France, Spain and the Philippines). None experienced technical issues with pixelated images, breaks in the livestreaming, garbled or lagging audio. Many of them were impressed with the ease of access to the site and especially the clearness of both the imagery and audio.
We greatly appreciate your prompt responses pre-funeral and even now, after things have settled.
